Officials of the Economic and Financial Crrimes Commission, EFCC earlier today besieged the Abuja residence of former Comptroller General of Nigerian Customs, Abdullahi Dikko Nde, who is currently outside the country. With the spate of arrest, could he be next? Well, here are 4 things you must know about the raided man…
1. Just like Buhari, he is also from Katsina State.
2. Nde became Comptroller-General of Customs on August 17, 2009 but resigned his appointment in August, 2015, four months after President Buhari came into office.
3. When his help was reportedly sought by president Buhari ahead of the March 2015 presidential election, he was said to have shun Buhari because he was a strong supporter of President Jonathan.
4. Sources claim he tried to enter Buhari’s good book as soon as Buhari won the election but that did not work out.
