How Diezani Alison-Madueke Bought Le Meridien Hotel Port Harcourt From Ex-MILAD Anthony Ukpo

Clockwise: Anthony Ukpo, Diezani Alison-Madueke and Dauda Lawal
Diezani Alison-Madueke, Nigeria’s former Petroleum Resources Minister, purchased Port Harcourt’s Le Meridien Hotel for $25million from a former Rivers State military administrator, Anthony Akpo, SaharaReporters learned at the weekend.
Our sources say that the transaction was carried out using several persons, including Dauda Lawal, a First Bank of Nigeria Executive Director.
Lawal’s role, according to investigators at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), was to pick up from Skye Bank in Lagos and innocuously drop off $25million cash into a bank account at Sterling Bank PLC.
The directive to pick up the huge cash haul was coordinated by Stanley Lawson, a former group executive director of Finance and accounts at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.
During EFCC interrogations, Dauda claimed he did not know that the transaction was aimed at purchasing Le Meriden Hotel in Port Harcourt, and that he was only helping a friend, Mr. Lawson, to run errands.  People knowledgeable about Mr. Lawal’s closeness to Diezani, which some say sometimes appeared to be romantic, said he may not be telling the whole truth.
Lawal was one of the bankers arrested by the EFCC in a recent fraud-related raid of high profile bankers involved in financial crimes perpetrated by Mrs. Alison-Madueke.  Others include Herbert Wigwe of Access Bank PLC, Nnamdi Okonkwo of Fidelity Bank PLC, and Yemi Adeola, the MD of Standard Bank PLC.
Le Meriden hotel was conceived as a five-star hotel. It was built in 2003 by retired Brigadier General Ukpo with the help of Julius Berger, the construction company with whom he became acquainted during his early days first as the military administrator of Rivers state and later as the Principal Secretary to former Military dictator, Ibrahim Babangida.  Ukpo sold the 87-room luxury hotel to Mrs. Alison-Madueke through a web of actors with the hope that no one would find out.
After the EFCC discovered the fraudulent sale, Ukpo reportedly offered to hand over the hotel to the federal government, but President Buhari is believed to have rejected the offer, saying the government has no business managing a hotel, and insisting that Ukpo return $25m to the federation account.
It is unclear why the former army chief has not yet been arrested.

EFCC Set To Pick Patience Jonathan Over $15m Scandal

Dame Patience Jonathan, wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan, will soon be a guest of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, over the $15.6m traced to four other accounts linked to her.

This is just as detectives of the anti-graft agency visited the Skye Bank branch on Adeola Hopewell, Victoria Island, where the accounts were opened and obtained the documents containing her financial information.

Punch quoted sources as saying that the detectives had been able to establish a prima facie case of money laundering and forgery against Patience.

It will be recalled that as part of investigations into a formerSpecial Adviser to the President on Domestic Affairs, Waripamowei Dudafa, the EFCC traced four company accounts to him all domiciled at Skye Bank.

The bank accounts of the four companies — Pluto Property and Investment Company Limited; Seagate Property Development and Investment Company Limited; Trans Ocean Property and Investment Company Limited; and Globus Integrated Service Limited — were said to have been opened with stolen identities.

A detective at the EFCC said, “After three months of investigation, I can confirm to you that we are set to invite Patience Jonathan. We obtained the files from the bank and we realised that those accounts with the $15m were opened with fake identity cards, including driving licences.

“We took the cards and went to the Federal Road Safety Corps to verify if the cards were authentic. We found out that the cards were fake. So, this is not just money laundering but a clear case of fraud. If they had nothing to hide, why did they go to this length?”

While the companies have pleaded guilty, Patience insists that the money belongs to her but claims she does not know the companies.

In an affidavit, one Sammie Somiari deposed to on behalf of Patience, Mrs. Jonathan claimed that Dudafa helped Patience to open the bank accounts in 2010.

However, EFCC investigations revealed that the accounts were opened between 2013 and 2014.

US launches blistering attack on Russia, blames country for aid convoy attack & asks Russia to halt flights in Syria

The United states Secretary of State John Kerry launched a blistering attack on Russia for its actions in Syria, blaming Russia for the recent bombing of a UN aid convoy that killed 12 aid workers and destroyed 18 of 31 Syrian Red Crescent trucks carrying UN-provided food and has asked Russia to halt all flights in the region and also force Syria to halt all its airstrikes against terrorist groups.
“I believe that to restore credibility to the process we must move forward to try to immediately ground all aircraft flying in those key areas in order to de-escalate the situation and to give a chance for humanitarian assistance to flow unimpeded.
I listened to my colleague from Russia and I sort of felt like we're in a parallel universe here. Kerry said at the presence of his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov at a United Nations meeting on Wednesday"
Kerry said of their differing accounts of the conflict. He called for all planes in key areas of Syria to be immediately grounded and for countries to stop supporting those who sabotage ceasefire efforts.
According to Kerry, the US-supported opposition cannot engage in political talks to resolve the conflict in Syria, if the Syrian regime, backed by Russia, doesn't halt its air attacks on terrorists.
“And if that happens there's a chance of giving credibility back to this process,” he said of an agreement with Sergei Lavrov in Geneva earlier this month to mediate a cessation of hostilities for humanitarian purposes. How can people go sit at a table with a regime that bombs hospitals and drops chlorine gas again and again and again and again and again and acts with impunity," Kerry asked.
''You're supposed to sit there and have happy talk in Geneva while the regime drops bombs?"
According to Kerry, Russia has denied being responsible for the attack on the UN aid convoy and warehouse and have instead given four different versions of events.
Kerry said Russia initially said that the strike was a necessary response to an alleged offensive by an al-Qaeda-linked terror group, then Russia claimed they were bombing elsewhere, then that the aid convoy had been followed by militants with mortars, and then that the trucks caught fire- 4 differing story lines.
"The trucks and the food and the medicine just spontaneously combusted," Kerry said. "Anybody here believe that?" he asked. The bombing attacks on hospitals and children are "flagrant violations of international law," he added.
''There are only two countries that have planes that are flying during the night or flying in that particular area at all," Kerry said. "They are Russia and Syria."
According to the White House,  Russia will be held responsible for the aid convoy attacks, regardless of whether it or the Syrian government had launched the strikes, since they have responsibility over the airspace.

Pastor arraigned over alleged theft of N10million jewellery

court-hearing

The Magistrate, Mrs Helen Omisore, granted Ndukwe bail in the sum of N1 million with two responsible sureties in like sum.
A 23-year-old, self-acclaimed pastor, Nkechinyere Ndukwe, on Thursday appeared before an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing jewellery valued at N10 million.
Ndukwe is facing a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy, stealing and obtaining under false pretence.
When the charge was read out to the accused, she entered a plea of not guilty.
The Magistrate, Mrs Helen Omisore, granted Ndukwe bail in the sum of N1 million with two responsible sureties in like sum.
The magistrate ordered that one of the sureties must possess land property within the court’s jurisdiction.
Earlier, the prosecutor, Insp. Cousin Adams had told the court that the accused and others now at large committed the offence on March 9, at GRA, Ikeja.
He further told the court that Ndukwe had asked the complainant, Ifeoma Isiuwa, to bring all her jewelry valued at N10million for her to commence prayers on behalf of Isiuwa.
“When the complainant asked that her jewelry be returned to her, the accused was unable to produce them,” he said.
The prosecutor said that rather than return the jewellery to Ndukwe, the accused told her that she had converted them into her own personal use.
Adams said that the offences against the accused contravened Sections 285, 312 and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Section 285 prescribes three year jail term while 409 states two years for offenders.
The court has adjourned the case till Oct. 17, for mention.

Buhari Presented With Evidence His Chief Of Staff Took N500m To Help MTN Reduce Fine

President Muhammad Buhari has received concrete evidence that his Chief of Staff (CoS), Abba Kyari, took N500m from operators of MTN to help the telecommunications giant mitigate the fine imposed on it by the federal government, SaharaReporters has learned.
Sources say the evidence was presented to President Buhari several times including during the Sallah holiday.
The mind-boggling revelation is the latest in the mounting allegations of corruption involving members of the top echelon of President Buhari’s administration.
Confronted with the evidence, the CoS reportedly claimed he was helping the All Progressives Congress party raise funds for the gubernatorial election in Bayelsa State, to which the president is said to have asked him if he was the party chairman, but did not relieve him of his post.
SaharaReporters has previously revealed several corrupt actions of the Chief of Staff.  They include taking money from Jide Omokore, a shady businessman who was massively involved in corruption in the oil sector in the preceding administration.
Following acceptance of the money, Mr. Kyari reportedly took Mr. Omokore twice to meet President Buhari to enable the businessman to make a promise to refund some of the funds.  A source told Saharareporters Omokore promised to refund N500 million
When Omokore was eventually arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the CoS reportedly told President Buhari that it was the EFCC chair, Ibrahim Magu, who had bungled progress concerning Omokore.  SaharaReporters has also previously reported that Mr. Kyari wants to remove Magu from the anti-graft body in favor of a candidate who is more amenable to his wishes.
On his part, Omokore is also known to have bribed the judge handling the case with $2million.  He was released on bail without leaving the court premises.
Other members of President Buhari’s inner circle have been exposed as engaging in serious cases of corruption but the President has not acted on their cases, either.  In some instances, they reportedly got members of President Buhari’s office to absolve them of any “wrongdoing”.
Among others:
The Chief of Army Staff, Yusuf Buratai, was found to have used Nigerian Army funds to purchase homes in Dubai;
The Minister of Internal Affairs, Abdulrahman Dambazau, bought homes for millions of dollars in Boston in the United States;
Several other aides and officials within the government have been exposed for involvement in illegal employments and forgery of age and certificates.
As in the case of Mr. Kyari, they have so far all been shielded by President Buhari.  Speaking earlier this to journalists in Daura, his hometown, the president said his “anti-corruption war” was being implemented on the basis of justice and fairness.

EFCC to invite Patience Jonathan's security aides over $15m scandal

EFCC operatives have reportedly written to the Department of State Security requesting for permission to interrogate some of the security aides of former First lady, Patience Jonathan who is currently involved in a $15 million scandal.

The antigraft agency believe that the security aides of Mrs Jonathan helped deposit cash into the controversial accounts of companies that have been linked to her and are under investigation for money laundering and fraud.

Suicide Over S3x Video Highlights Widespread Internet Problem...

Tiziana Cantone's body was found Tuesday after she hanged herself at her aunt's home. The 31-year-old Italian had suffered online abuse when a video of herself having sex was posted online after she sent it to her ex.

Cantone's video went viral in 2015, with people sharing it not only on social media and WhatsApp, but also creating memes based on stills and quotes from it. The footage was even featured on multiple porn websites, and Cantone couldn't seem to stop the video from spreading.

Despite her quitting her job, and even starting a process to change her name, the online use of her pictures and words grew more and more rampant.
But she fought back, and filed legal requests with Google, Yahoo and even YouTube to have her video and pictures removed. She even won a "right to be forgotten" ruling after a long court battle, ordering the original video to be taken off various sites, including Facebook.

But at the same time, she was handed a 20,000-euro ($22,500) bill for legal costs, which made her feel humiliated, her mother Maria Teresa told the Italian "La Repubblica" newspaper. "Tiziana believed justice had not been done," her mother explained. And as many users pointed out on social media, Cantone was not alone in her struggle.

Earth tremor: ‘The vibrations were so intense that we thought our houses would collapse on us’

Earth tremor: ‘The vibrations were so intense that we thought our houses would collapse on us’

SUNDAY  September 11, 2016 was like any other Sundays to residents of Kwoi, headquarters of Jaba Local Government Area of Kaduna State. Those who are predominantly Christians had gone to their various churches for Sunday service.
Suddenly, around 10am, deafening sounds rent the airspace, causing serious vibrations of the earth. The incident, which was the first of its kind, threw Kwoi town into pandemonium and church services ended abruptly.
Even though, the development was proven to residents by experts to be an earth tremor and not an earthquake as earlier feared, intermittent occurrence of the incident between last Sunday and Wednesday afternoon has apparently sent fears down the spines of the people, who thought it was bigger than a tremor.
Though, damages done are mild but the people interpreted the repeated vibrations and loud sounds to a foreboding of a possible earthquake.
A Kaduna-based International Radio reporter, Suleiman Yakubu who just travelled to Kwoi on ‘Sallah’ break, told our correspondent that, the incident has forced people out of their homes.
He said: “Though people have not started fleeing the community, but as I talk to you, there is tension. Everyone is standing outside as the earth is vibrating under their feet. It started since morning and if it continues like this till evening. People will have no choice than to leave the town to safer places.” Yakubu spoke before the people actually started fleeing. Another eyewitness, Hon Badugu Nehemiah, said: “Since morning, many people in our villages have been running up and down, because both buildings and the ground have been shaking. Many churches had to cut short their Sunday service programmes because of the earthquake threat. As I am speaking with you, the ground is still shaking,” he said.
Meanwhile, as at Thursday morning, non-native residents of Kwoi had fled the communities after evacuating their property. The desperation of the non-natives to flee the town was heightened by a much smaller tremor, which was experienced in Kwoi town on Wednesday, two days after the last one, which was thought to be the last.
Sources in Kwoi said Igbo, Hausa and other non-native tribes’ shops were locked up after they had moved out with their ware and personal belongings.
It was also gathered that even those who were into other forms of employment both in the private and public sectors have fled the town.
According to a source, Jonathan Sati, a native of Jaba , “There was a small tremor on Tuesday night and another on Wednesday afternoon. The Igbo traders and other people that are not from here made up their minds to finally leave. The majority had moved out between Sunday afternoon and today (Thursday).
“On Monday, there were 26 vibrations. Those that stayed back were not sure. But now, they are leaving. I can’t remember any of them that I know who is still around. Unless non-Ham (Kwoi dialect) women who are married here.
“As for us the natives, we can’t really think of where to go now because this is our ancestral land. But, that does not mean that we are not scared. We are all living in fear, especially that the incidents are happening repeatedly,” he said. The tremor had cracked several houses and caused partial demolition of  others.
One of the victims whose houses were affected, Major General Yusuf Pyeng (rtd) said: “We are living in constant fear not knowing what will happen next. The tremor is so terrifying and we are desperate to know what is the cause and the future reaction. We are waiting for the geologists’ final report to know if we are staying or vacating the community. My house is well solidified, but because of the tremor there are cracks,” he said.
Another resident, Emmanuel Musa, told The Nation that, “we no longer sleep with our two eyes closed. We had thought that the incident will occur and just go away like that. But now, it is making us scared.
“Everyday since after the first incident, people have been leaving the town, but some of us were laughing at them then, but now, we are also scared, especially that the incident has been happening repeatedly.
“If one is inside the house and the tremor starts, you just have to come out, because the house will be shaking as if it is going to fall on you.

FG releases N350bn to reflate economy

FG releases N350bn to reflate economy
                        Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun

Moves to steer the country out of economic recession has received a boost with the decision of the Federal Government to pump the sum of N350 billion into the economy in the next few days as capital allocation to ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs).
The implementation of the N5,000 monthly stipend social intervention programme of the government is also billed to commence at the end of this month with the release of N60 billion.
Addressing journalists on these developments and government’s plan for the economy yesterday, the Minister of Finance, Mrs. Kemi Adeosun, said: “We are releasing another N350 billion. There will also be the funding of about N60 billion in the social intervention programme, and that is very important in terms of putting money into people’s pocket.”
The finance minister stated that when the N350 billion is released and cash backed in a few days from now, it will bring the total amount released by the Federal Government to N770 billion for capital projects from the N1.8 trillion budgeted in 2016.
According to the minister, “those are the programmes that we really cash backed. The N5,000 to some of the most poor and vulnerable, the home school feeding programme, which is very important. That will also generate some economic activity in a lot of our local governments with women and maybe men cooking for the children.
“And then the ‘Empower the Teacher Call’, that is the graduates that will be going into primary schools as teachers so they will begin to get salaries/stipends from the end of the month.
“So we will be cash-backing these programmes today as part of the N350 billion additional releases, which will take our total capital releases to date to N770 billion.”
Adeosun explained that key projects in power, housing, transport, aviation, water defence and agriculture will get the largest chunk of the disbursement, noting that the rationale behind giving priority to key projects was in line with Federal Government’s belief that “the quickest means to revive the economy entails re-directing expenditure to funding key infrastructure that will impact growth on the economy.”
The finance minister added that the administration was “working hard to redirect the economy from being a consumption economy to a productive economy”. She assured that “the government has what it takes to achieve the goal of getting the country out of recession.”
According to her, “we have a strategic plan that will take us out of this current recession. We are raising money. As you know, the Euro bond is on. We are about to appoint Advisers.  We are about raising additional $1 billion.”
Adeosun added: “Two weeks ago, we approved the borrowing plan and that is very important, as we will be borrowing the cheapest money first. We have approved that plan from World Bank, from AfDB with interest rates as low as 1 per cent and tenor as long as 40 years. We are intervening in specific areas, which include agriculture, health, the railway project, and these are very key to what we are doing.”
Speaking on the life span of the recession, Adeosun said: “We don’t think it is going to be a long recession, considering some of the initiatives we have put in place, which will begin to bear fruits soon.”
Another of the government’s plan is to get out of the Joint Venture Companies (JVC) Cash Call burden.
According to her, “this month, for Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) we only got N41 billion from oil and gas. We had to use N110 billion for funding of cash call. If we had that money, we could have pumped that money into the economy.
“We  are working with the ministry of petroleum, with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to get out from cash call burden.
“Instead of taking money from the federation account for JVC, the plan is to allow those joint ventures to borrow money that they need rather than taking money from the federation account, and that will improve the money in circulation,” she said.
The minister also disclosed that the federal government was doing “a lot of work with the sub-national governments around the budget support plan. Many of them have not been paying salaries for months. We have now been able to support them with additional monies every month from the FAAC account, and many of them have now resumed paying salaries.
“We are monitoring them, because the loan facilities were conditional. We have sent the monitoring and evaluation committee out to go and check that they are actually doing what they undertook to do, and we are pleased to report that many are paying salaries and that will also have a huge effect on demand and help to get the economy moving.”
“We are confident that the plan we put together will work. It is a long term plan that will reposition the economy and make sure that we don’t go through this boom and burst cycles that are driven by the oil price.
“The economy has to be more resilient than that, so that we don’t find ourselves back to where we are.”
She assured Nigerians that government’s contingent plans will be effective in repositioning the economy to ensure the economy does not slip back into recession.
In addition, “any of the programmes of the immediate past administration found to be vital in addressing the challenge of the economy will be sustained by the present administration. The YouWin programme is one of such, which is currently being restructured.”

Hundreds of Amaechi’s kinsmen in Rivers dump APC for PDP

amaechi look

Hundreds of All Progressives Congress, APC, members and their leaders from the home community of former Rivers governor and Minister of Transport, Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers state have dumped the party for the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, the ruling party in the state has stated.
Amaechi, who hails from Ubima in Ikwerre LGA, is believed to be the leader of the APC in the oil-rich state, but the PDP boasted that he would be left with the carcass of the main opposition party in Rivers.
Excited over the mass defection, the chairman of Rivers PDP, Bro. Felix Obuah said, in a statement forwarded to DAILY POST on Friday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Jerry Needam, that the defectors acted in demonstration of their disappointment and frustration over the failure of the APC to provide a better leadership alternative.
He stated that it is not surprising that the APC suffered such fate, “as the party and its Abuja based leaders do not have the structure, grassroots support, as well as genuine commitment and purposeful programmes to carter for the needs of the people.”
While welcoming the new members from the APC to the PDP, Obuah “congratulated them on their realization and bold step taken in spite of the intimidation and inducement by the former Governor, Rotimi Amaechi and other unpopular leaders of the APC, who are running from pillar to post in Abuja begging to be appointed or imposed on the people through fraudulent elections in the State.”
He reiterated that the PDP umbrella is large enough to accommodate both regular and returning members of the party, assuring all of equal opportunity and treatment as a responsible and well-meaning party founded on equity, justice and fair play.
The PDP chairman further explained that with the current trend of defections in Rivers, the Transport minister “would be left with the carcass of the party, appealing to the remnants to make hay while the sun shines so as to be part of the various development programmes and initiatives of the Wike- led government in the State.”
He also urged the former Governor and Minister of Transportation, Amaechi and his allies to stomach their pride and stop their uncovered calumnious plots against the PDP government in the state, admit their failure and defeat and to take steps in joining the performing Governor Nyesom Wike in giving the people of the State a new lease of life.
PDP, Obuah said, is willing to forgive and re-admit any genuinely repentant APC leader and members who are ready to help build a better Rivers State, assuring that in the coming days, more of the leftover APC members would join the PDP fold in the State.

Nick Gordon Found Legally Responsible for Bobbi Kristina Brown's Death

OH MY GOODNESS!!!

Nick Gordon has been found legally responsible for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown after failing to appear at his scheduled court date, E! News confirms a judge ruled Friday.

Brown's estate filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the defendant in August 2015, which alleged the late daughter of Whitney Houston died following a violent altercation with Gordon after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, and injected her with a toxic mixture.
The $10 million suit also said that Gordon committed domestic abuse and made unauthorized money transfers amounting to $11,000 from his girlfriend's bank account into his own during her subsequent hospitalization. In May 2016, Bobby Brown also became a plaintiff in the legal battle.

Judge T. Jackson Bedford of Atlanta's Fulton County Superior Court said because Gordon was a no-show in court on two separate occasions, anything he now alleges is admitted through omission.

"We have said all along that we believed Nick Gordon was responsible for the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown. This judgment confirms our belief. Mr. Gordon had every opportunity to appear in Court and attempt to clear his name. He declined," a statement to E! News from Brown's legal counsel read.

Bobby released his own statement to E! News:"I am pleased with the outcome of today's court proceedings. All I ever wanted was answers relating to who and what caused my daughter's death. Today's judgment tells me it was Nick Gordon. Now I need to process all the emotions I have and lean on God to get me and my family through this."

Bobbi Kristina remained in a coma for seven months before her July 2015 death, which was later revealed to have been the result of Lobar pneumonia, caused by Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and water immersion combined with mixed drug intoxication.

Gordon's attorneys have long maintained their client's innocence in the investigation, releasing a statement after the release of her autopsy results that said, "The truth is Nick tried to save Bobbi Kristina's life. The truth is that Nick cooperated with law enforcement since day one. The truth is that no one loved Bobbi Kristina more than Nick and no one has suffered more as a result of her death than [sic] Nick."

Gordon gave his first on-air interview since her death in April of this year, blaming Brown's father for her demise. "[Bobby] hurt his own daughter, not me," Gordon claimed to Dr. Phil. "I was the one there for her while she was dealing with him not being there."

As of now, no criminal charges have been filed against Gordon. Brown's attorneys said in their statement a damages trial will occur in the "near future."

How Nigeria can get out of economic recession – Orji Kalu

Dr.-Orji-Uzor-Kalu

Former governor of Abia State, Chief Orji Kalu, has stated that the only way out of the current Nigeria’s economic mess is for President Muhammadu Buhari to initiate policies that will bail the country out.
Orji told newsmen in Umuahia on Friday during a reconciliatory meeting organised in his honour by an Umuahia socio-cultural organisation, called Igurube-Egwuasa.
The business mogul urged the president to introduce “stimulus” that could help to stimulate the manufacturing and industrial sectors of the nation’s economy.
He said, “The president should push for an emergency law that would help to stimulate economic growth and bring the country out of recession.
“The moment the manufacturing sector attains full-capacity production, there will be less dependence on importation and this will shore up the value of the naira.”
Kalu observed that the activities of Niger Delta militants further aggravated the nation’s dwindling revenue, leading to a full-blown recession.
He said, “At that time, I raised the alarm that Nigerian economy had gone into recession but nobody believed me, instead, I was abused and castigated.”
Kalu, who founded Progressives Peoples Alliance, PPA, after defecting from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the twilight of his administration, said that the party was still relevant in the nation’s politics.
He said, “PPA is not struggling, it is as good as other parties in the country.”
In another development, Federal Government is set to release the sum of N350bn for capital projects captured in the 2016 budget.
The Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun, said the additional N350bn will bring the total capital releases by the government to N760bn.
