President of Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle John Suleman has released 50 shocking prophecies for the year 2017.

The Prophecies were contained in a statement signed by his Advisor (Public Communications), Phrank Shaibu, on Friday in Abuja.

The cleric said “forces” in Aso Rock were “planning to poison the current First Lady (Aisha Buhari).”
According to him, the same “forces” would “alienate Vice President Yemi Osinbajo (SAN) and make attempts to remove him from office but God will humble Buhari in 2017.”

“A former First Lady of Nigeria needs prayers over her health. Forces in Aso Rock are planning to poison current First Lady (Aisha Buhari).Two times, Nigeria’s Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, will face removal from office. They will alienate him and they will make attempts to remove him. But God will humble Buhari in 2017”, Suleman stated.

OH DEAR! Nurse Pulls Off Baby’s Hand During Delivery

An auxiliary nurse, identified as Oyekanmi, has been arrested by the police for her role in the death of a baby she took delivery of in the Odogunyan, Ikorodu area of Lagos.
It was learnt that the victim’s mother, Adeola, had been taken to Oyekanmi’s residence last Saturday when she went into labour.

Oyekanmi, while attempting to force the delivery, was said to have pulled off the baby’s hand.

She was said to have advised that the child be taken to the Ikorodu General Hospital, where the dead child was finally delivered.
Doctors at the hospital were reported to have queried the baby’s parents on what truly transpired, and they opened up. The hospital management then alerted the police to the incident.

A source told Punch that Oyekanmi was picked up by the police.
The source said, “What happened was that the auxiliary nurse tried to deliver the woman of the baby, during which there was a complication. But she continued and in the end, the hand of the baby was pulled off while she tried to force the child out from the mother’s womb.
“Afterwards, they quickly packed the woman together and brought her to the general hospital. It had become a critical case by then. The remains of the dead child were brought out, while the matter was reported to the police.”

The Police Public Relations Officer, SP Dolapo Badmos, confirmed the incident, and said: “The doctor at the hospital discovered that something was amiss after taking a close look at the dead child and seeing that one hand had been pulled off. All the parties were invited to make statements. It is a case of infanticide; investigations are ongoing.” 

Star Wars Actress Carrie Fisher Has Died Aged 60

American actress Carrie Fisher who best known for playing Princess Leia Organa in the massively popular space saga, Star Wars, died on Tuesday. She was 60.

Fisher died four days after suffering a cardiac event on a flight from London, according to reports

Her daughter Billie Lourd said the actress passed away on Tuesday morning after being taken ill travelling from London to Los Angeles.

A spokesman for the family said: “It is with a very deep sadness that Billie Lourd confirms that her beloved mother Carrie Fisher passed away at 8:55 this morning. “She was loved by the world and she will be missed profoundly. Our entire family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers.”

As news of her death was announced, tributes immediately poured in from actors and admirers. Mark Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker, her on-screen brother, said he was devastated, adding there were “no words”.

Harrison Ford said she was ”one-of-a-kind” who lived her life “bravely”, adding: “My thoughts are with her daughter Billie, her mother Debbie, her brother Todd and her many friends. We will all miss her.”

The creator of Star Wars, George Lucas, said: “Carrie and I have been friends most of our adult lives. She was extremely smart; a talented actress, writer and comedienne with a very colourful personality that everyone loved.

“In Star Wars she was our great and powerful princess – feisty, wise and full of hope in a role that was more difficult than most people might think. My heart and prayers are with Billie, Debbie and all Carrie’s family, friends and fans. She will be missed by all. George Lucas.”

English actress Daisy Ridley, who played Rey in The Force Awakens, says she was “devastated at this monumental loss”.

And director of the same film, J J Abrams, posted a handwritten note to Twitter which read: “You didn’t need to meet Carrie Fisher to understand her power. She was just as brilliant and beautiful, tough and wonderful, incisive and funny as you could imagine. What an unfair thing to lose her. How lucky to have been blessed with her at all.”

Swansea City Sack Bob Bradley Three Months After Appointing Him

English Premiership club Swansea City have sacked Bob Bradley after only 85 days in charge, bringing an end to a brief and disastrous spell as manager that yielded only eight points from 11 games.

Swansea had been determined to give Bradley the January transfer window to strengthen the squad he inherited when he took over in October but the crushing Boxing Day defeat at the hands of West Ham United, and the supporter unrest during the second half of that match, left the club’s American owners with no choice but to act.

Alan Curtis, the first-team coach, and Paul Williams, the assistant manager, have been placed in charge on a temporary basis as the club look for a permanent replacement.

Bradley’s position effectively became untenable after Swansea lost 4-1 against West Ham. A large section of the crowd at the Liberty Stadium chanted “We want Bradley out” during the game, which was Swansea’s third defeat in succession.

It was also the eighth time during Bradley’s tenure that Swansea had conceded three goals or more in a match and left the Welsh club second from bottom in the Premier League, four points adrift of safety.

Bob Bradley was viewed as something of a gamble when he became the first American to manage in the Premier League and there is no escaping the fact that his appointment has proved to be a terrible decision.

Kiss Daniel Robbed while Performing in Calabar

Singer Kiss Daniel was reportedly attacked by armed robbers while he was performing at the Calabar Christmas Village.

According to a shop owner at the village, Glory Andem, said:

It was a serious situation and I got injured. What happened was that some guys came into the village and tried to rob Kiss Daniel when he was singing, ‘Oya talk to me o mama.’

They were throwing bottles and other things at him. Before we knew it, they brought out guns and started shooting. Some security men immediately rushed to the singer. But even with the security, the robbers rushed at him and removed his clothes and collected things from him.

They would have killed that guy. To be honest, I don’t know how he managed to escape. You know there are several thousands of people in the Christmas village usually and the situation led to a serious pandemonium.

They broke up everything in my shop. They took all my money. They robbed a lot of shops. Our chairs were broken. Everybody was running at the same time. It was a terrible experience.

Several cars were vandalised. They broke the cars to steal from them. At a point, the lights went off and I thought I was going to die. As I speak with you, I have a serious cut from the incident and I want to go to a hospital to take a tetanus injections.

The robbers started shooting at about 1 a.m at the village which opens for 24hours from December 1 to December 31 every year.

There are no details on the fatality figure, but reports say some people sustained gunshot injuries.

The state Commissioner of Police, Jimoh Ozi-Obeh, however said it was not a robbery attack, but a misunderstanding between the organisers.

He said the original plan was that Kiss Danieland other musicians would perform at the U.J. Esuene Stadium in Calabar, but the venue was changed to the Christmas village without any notice to security agencies.

“There was no robbery incident in Calabar and nobody was attacked by robbers in any other part of Cross River State. What happened was that the government had initially planned to host the musician at the (U.J. Esuene) stadium, but the plan was changed to the Calabar Christmas Village. They probably had misunderstanding with the organisers. It was the change of venue that was not properly organised,” he said.
